Universities will no longer be partially accredited: Announcement by the All India Council of Technology!! All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) announced that, the universities of the nation will not have the partial accredit of starting technical courses, including BE and B.Tech. The Universities are advised to either get complete permission of AICTE of all technical courses or continue without AICTE permission.

Earlier, Universities have the partial permissions to commence the technical courses. Now th board snatching that rights. Supreme Court also ruled that, Universities don’t require any approval or accreditation of AICTE for conducting Technical Programs. Only, those technical institutions/colleges which are affiliated to the Universities require the accreditation.
Now the AICTE board announced the universities that, they will no longer be partially accredited. It is noted that the Universities should asked the permission of the AICTE board before to start the technical education courses. AICTE board advised the Universities to get full accreditation from the All India Council for Technology Education to start the about mentioned courses.
