Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for interacting by email with lenders, contractors and/ or field inspectors to ascertain the required documents and/or information.
• Responsible for collaborating with onshore stakeholders via email and phone calls.
• Responsible for scheduling and expediting site inspections with inspectors across the United States.
• Responsible to organize and prioritizing work and meeting strict deadlines as well as the ability to effectively communicate with outside parties.
• Responsible for obtaining pending documents and/ or information and updating the system with the information provided by the lenders, contractors, and field inspectors.
• Responsible for communicating with the clients through email.
  Follow schedule adherence.
• Obtain a quality score of 98.5% or above.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Required Skills.
• Must have excellent written communication skills (with accurate grammar and punctuation).Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquette.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and a neutral accent.
• Must have good analytical and cognitive skills.
• Must have an eye for attention to detail.
• Must have a minimum 30 wpm speed with the ability to talk over the phone.
